Cost-Effective and Eco-Friendly Sculptural Materials from Recyclable Waste Materials for the Teaching and Learning of Sculpture in Ghana

The global search for more eco-friendly, cost-effective and alternative sculpture materials to be used in the deployment of teaching learning has been pursued by scholars lately. This driven need find local environment students, especially waste replace expensive conventional that cannot purchased majority students at Senior School level Ghana. Therefore, purpose this study was experiment with various recyclable environmental such as styrofoam food containers, teak leaves water sachets out if they could potential cast use during practical lessons sculpture. inquiry carried using studio-based research design under qualitative methods. material choice, binders used, recycling procedural steps their casting processes.
